Our 1.2 acre market garden sits at the heart of what we do, growing fresh seasonal produce using regenerative principles, to inspire our menu and feed our local community. From the kitchen to the farm, we’re passionate about celebrating flavour, sustainability, and the simple joy of sharing good food.

Now, Kitchen Farm is at a turning point - evolving from our brunch-style roots into a vibrant farm-to-table destination. Seasonal sharing plates, local wines, and relaxed dining are taking centre stage, alongside our partnerships with local growers who share our values of care and connection.

Current Open Positions

  • Lead the front-of-house and shape the future of Kitchen Farm as we evolve into a farm-to-table destination.

    This hands-on role blends leadership, service, and strategy, delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving systems, culture, and sustainability in collaboration with our Head Chef and leadership team.

  • Support the Head Chef in creating vibrant, seasonal dishes inspired by produce from our market garden and local growers. You’ll thrive in a small, lively kitchen where creativity, collaboration, and regenerative food practices take focus.

  • We’re looking for an experienced Bar / FOH all rounder who can bring cocktail, wine and customer service experience, along with warmth, professionalism and energy to every service.

    As one of the welcoming faces of Kitchen Farm, you’ll help create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for guests to gather and enjoy food and drinks in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. You’ll work across both the bar and front of house, ensuring every guest feels at home and well looked after.

  • This role is perfect for juniors or anyone looking for extra summer work. You’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing dishes, cleaning, and supporting the team. With 5 - 10 flexible hours a week, it’s a great way to gain hospitality experience in a friendly, farm-to-table environment.

Our Team

The focus of Kitchen Farm is to empower resilience and wellbeing, helping everyday people become educated, passionate and confident about soil health, biodiversity and eating nutrient dense food through our program of workshops, events and paddock-to-plate dining experiences. This is the team that will get us there.

The Farm

Kitchen Farm is transforming 8 ha of under-utilised land in Neweneham Estate, into a sustainable productive farm. Underpinned by regenerative and permaculture principles, the farm supplies produce to the Pantry and our Nursery Store.

The Pantry

The Pantry is an emerging family-friendly, paddock to plate café, restaurant, providore, and function space located in a restored garage and barn in the Adelaide Hills.
